Design Atelier · ideas for your home

Picture your home before you choose.

Design Atelier is where ideas take shape. We turn your space into images — layout, colour palette, moodboards and 3D views — so you can feel the atmosphere before you settle on a single tile.

I

Ideas built on real options

In an Atlas project, every material in the concept comes from your developer's own catalogue — so what you see is something you can actually choose. Outside a project, we work with whatever is available to you.

II

We start from your plan

In an Atlas project the floor plan and room dimensions are already with us, so the layout sits in the real space from the first sketch. Elsewhere, a plan or your own measurements is enough to begin.

III

Atmosphere, not guesswork

Colour, light and material seen together, as a whole — while there is still time to change your mind. Far easier than imagining it from a few samples.

Two packages

Two ways to see it.

Standard gives you the whole idea of the home. Plus goes further into the rooms where detail changes the feeling — kitchen, bathroom, wardrobes, light.

Standard Package

Concept layout

So you can see how the space could work — and what it would feel like to live in it.

What we start from

  • A little about the space — what you'd change, who lives there, what you're drawn to. If you don't know where to start, we'll send a few prompts.
  • A floor plan, or your own measurements. In an Atlas project it is already with us — nothing for you to measure.

What you'll see

  • The space and furniture arranged on the plan
  • A moodboard — colours and materials together
  • 3D views of the rooms, furnished
  • Furniture ideas to suit your budget
  • Light seen as atmosphere, room by room
  • A round of changes, together

The closer the measurements we start from, the closer the layout sits to the real room. In an Atlas project that is already taken care of — the plan and dimensions come with the apartment.

Price

By agreement — it depends on the space and how far you'd like to take the idea. Tell us about your home and we'll come back with a proposal.

How it goes

From an idea to a home.

01

Tell us about the space

Which home, how you live in it, what you're drawn to. A few prompts if you'd rather be asked.

02

We start from the plan

In an Atlas project it's already with us, along with your project's finish options. Otherwise a plan or your own measurements is enough.

03

We put it into images

Layout, palette, moodboard, 3D views — the idea in a form you can look at instead of imagine.

04

We adjust it together

A round of changes is part of it. Then you choose knowing how it will feel.

Good to know

These are concepts and visualisations — made to carry an idea, to you and to whoever builds it. Technical development, measuring on site and workshop drawings belong to the carpenter or contractor you choose.

Full dimensioned joinery documentation isn't part of these packages; it can be arranged separately.

We work from the plans and measurements provided, and don't come out to measure the space.

Curious how your home could look?

Tell us about the space — which apartment, or which home — and what you're drawn to. We'll come back with a proposal.

Design Atelier works for any home or space — inside an Atlas project, or entirely on its own.

What is Atlas

For developers: Design Atelier is an optional service for your buyers. You simply switch it on — at no cost or obligation to you.
