No. Atlas is white-label by design — from the welcome screen to the signed certificate, every surface carries your project's name. Atlas runs the infrastructure invisibly in the background so your brand is the only one your buyers ever meet.

Open the unit in your project dashboard and assign the buyer by email — Atlas sends them a private, secure invite to that one apartment. Each home has its own buyer login, so if someone buys two units you add them separately (one email per home) and their selections never mix. You can resend the invite or reassign the unit any time before the deadline.

Yes. You can adjust prices or add options at any time, but each buyer's price is pinned the moment they chose — so selections already made never shift under them, while new or undecided choices use the updated catalogue. You stay in control without breaking anyone's commitment.

Each tiled area uses a calculator that turns the room's dimensions into the quantity to order. The multiplier (and its unit — m², boxes or pieces) is set per material in your catalogue, so the right coverage factor follows that tile across every unit. Change it once and all quantities and the procurement report update with it.

Set a wastage % on a material — or a default for the whole project — and Atlas adds it on top of the calculated quantity in the material report, so cuts, breakage and offcuts are covered before you order. Override it per material where you need more, e.g. herringbone or large-format tiles.

Each project is private to your team and its assigned buyers. Buyers only ever see their own apartment; your team sees the whole project. Everyone signs in to their own secure account, and nothing is shared between projects or developers — your data stays yours.

No. Atlas is not a payment app — it produces estimates and tracks selections only. No money, invoices or transactions ever pass through it. What you get is a single, signed source of truth that your own finance and procurement process takes from there.
